Terms and conditions:

By ordering from us you agree to these terms and conditions.

All goods remain the property of Stealth Technologies until paid in full.

We do not accept cheques as payment unless cleared.

We do not offer refunds on any of our goods unless advertised wrongly, isnt fit for a purpose etc. No "I changed my mind" refunds or item doesnt work in a customers particular computer due to an incompatibility being no fault of the product.

We do not offer continued hardware technical advice to people attempting to do upgrades or install pieces of Hardware when not qualified to do so.

We do not ship off replacements for faulty goods without recieving the faulty goods first.

Warranty does not cover items that have been mistreated, overclocked, physically damaged, warranty stickers removed, damaged or tampered with, installed wrongly, clogged or dammaged due to dust, damaged due to power surge, if the item sent back to us is not in its original packaging or is damaged in transit.

We test most of our products before shipping to insure that they are in full working order. Some items when recieved may have been opened, that is a sign that the item has been tested and it works. We will not exchange items or refund money due to an item being opened and tested.

Keep packaging for all items purchased from us.

If a tower case, monitor, printer, etc are not shipped back with the original packaging then the warranty service we provide will be void on those items and components inside those items.

HDD's sent back to us that are not wrapped in anti-static sheilding and are not sufficiantly padded or well packed then warranty will be void.

Warranty return to us is max 1 yr. Some manufacturers for certain items may offer a longer warranty period, you will need to deal with them direct for warranties over a year old.

If RAM, CPU, sound card, video card, etc are not sent in anti-static sheilding then the warranty will be void on those items. We provide this protective packing when you purchase from us, please keep it incase you need it in future.

Goods may take a few days even weeks to be replaced depending on availability.

If an item that is shipped back to us and is replaced, then the customer will be billed for the replacement item if warranty is rejected buy the manufacturer due to mistreatment of the item by the customer

If an item claimed on warranty does prove to be without fault then a fee will be charged for testing the item and it will be shipped back at the customers expense.

All monitors, printers, scanners have manufacturers warranty or a sevice agent for repairs you may need to deal with them direct.
